Spag Bol

Spag Bol in a Slow Cooker

Chucked in the pot in this order:

  • Coconut Oil
  • Chopped red onion
  • Mince of whatever kind you choose

Leave with slow cooker switched on for about an hour. Return to slow cooker.

  • Chopped garlic
  • Chopped peppers
  • Button mushrooms
  • Tin of washed red kidney beans
  • Salt and bay leaves
  • Then I cheated and added a jar of good quality bolognese sauce

Left it for the rest of the day. Serve with garlic bread, spaghetti and some grated cheese. Also salad if you like.

Total prep time about 10 minutes. Outcome – totally delicious x
